As a “wholesale” company, we only sell directly to retailers with a shop front or online store.

You can see our products either on our website or at Trade Fairs. However if you live in the Bay of Plenty region we can make a time to meet, or organise a zoom or face time meeting. Contact Ro on  ro@specialtyhouse.nz to discuss further.

When registering to use The Specialty House website, you will be asked to create a password. You must keep this password strictly confidential and not disclose it or share it with anyone. 
You are fully responsible for the use of your password and any orders placed under it, even without your knowledge. 
If you know or suspect that someone else knows or has used your password, you should change it immediately and notify us. 
There is no minimum order, however to keep freight costs to a minimum, we recommend an order of at least $100+GST.

Our prices are in NZ dollars and exclude GST on the website, however GST and freight/handling charges are charged and will show on your invoice.

You can deposit funds into the bank account detailed on your invoice.

As a new customer, your first three orders are paid in advance by proforma invoice. To set up an account, please email accounts@specialtyhouse.nz.

We ship to retailers all over New Zealand.

We use Toll to ship our customer orders. We do our very best to keep freight costs to a minimum. Freight is calculated and charged on the cubic size, weight and destination of the order. 
Rural deliveries are charged as per Toll rates. 
N.B Due to increased freight and shipping costs all over the world since the Covid Pandemic, we’re afraid that these costs are on charged to our Retailers which will also reflect in your retail pricing. 
We process orders daily. 
All orders received will be delivered to the delivery address that you specify on your account when placing your order.
Expect to receive your order within 2 – 3 working days for metro areas and 3 – 5. working days for rural areas. 
Pre-ordering allows our customers to order products before they arrive. Your pre-order means that as soon as the shipment arrives, you will be the first to receive products. You will be notified by email and invoiced accordingly. You don’t pay for the order until it is ready to be shipped.
Stock levels are automatically updated on our website when orders are processed, however sometimes when stock levels are running low, some items may run out. We apologise in advance if you miss out on popular product items.

We do our best to ensure the colours of products on our website are featured as accurately as possible, however there may be some variation.

As an account holder you agree to accept all notices, disclosures, newsletters and other communications that we provide electronically. 

Once you log into your account, you can check your account details, order status,  wish list plus more. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password.
